I am attending the Gymnasium Ohlstedt in Hamburg, Germany, in the northern part of the city. It is not really big, around 750-850 students attend it, and offers a few exchange programs. The Europe-Internship is different though, you do not just do sightseeing like in all the other exchange programs but you have a working place and get to know the other side of a country where you otherwise would only spend your holidays. The Europe-Internship from my school is about making new experiences, meeting new people, learning new things, making international connections and getting to know the working system of another country. At the museum I was introduced to the “writings of the shepherds“ project. I have translated the website of the project from English to German and, furthermore I am going to be involved in other aspects of the project.
